Tech Tip: Pinterest Research

For this Tech Tip I spent time on Pinterest collecting materials to use for my lesson plans for my Storybook. I have decided to make the storytelling component to be comprised of two student options. The first is to have them draw their own picture depicting a scene from the story, and the other is option to color a pre-drawn picture. Pinterest is a great resource, and I look forward to using it as a bank of knowledge.

  1. I am so glad you are experimenting with Pinterest, Maddy! It is a fantastic tool much used by teachers. And for coloring, there is a beautiful Ramayana coloring book here: The Picturebook Ramayana ... a student found that by chance working on her project last semester!

  2. I have already commented on your introduction so I am commenting on this now. I love that you are using Pinterest. I have found that when I use google content labeled for reuse, I feel limited. I love that you are utilizing this source. I want to look into. I use Pinterest but it has always been for house decor and crafts, never research. Very clever! It even seems like you are finding some really great content!!
