Reading Notes: Brook. Mahabharata (film) Part A

Characters that I like:
-Vyasa
-Kunti
-Karna
-Drona

Elements/Themes that I like:
-I really enjoy these live-action films. I am a visual and auditory learner, so these movies really help my brain sort out all of the characters and events.
-I like how the story is told from a narrator's perspective.
-Drona giving all of the pandava brothers an equal chance at being his star pupil
-Karna coming back to challenge the royal family
-Duryodhana standing up for Karna stating that, "Birth is obscure and men are like rivers whose origins are often unknown. I look at Karna and I'm not mistaken. I see his power edged with mystery and he'll forever be my friend. The setting sun seems to whisper it's true."

My story this week:
I want to try to re-tell a story from the Mahabharata. I would like to look into the fight scene between Arjuna and Karna. It could also be interesting to make a back story where Karna and Duryodhana were friends in a previous life.
